The U.S. Pretrial Services Office for the District of Oregon intends to procure urine collection services for federal defendants and material witnesses in the catchment area identified as Southern Oregon which includes the city of Medford. Required services include providing the following: Collecting urine samples from defendants who have been released on Pretrial Services supervision of all risk levels. Maintaining strict chain of custody and confidential guidelines; maintaining urine samples for short periods of time before mailing them to Pretrial Services’ local laboratory for testing located in Portland, OR.

The U.S. Pretrial Services Office for the District of Oregon intends to procure these urine collection services by issuing a solicitation and awarding a Competitive Purchase Order/Agreement. The solicitation will be issued on July 26, 2023. The proposal deadline is 3:00 PM Local Time on August 25, 2023. Interested vendors must respond timely to the solicitation's proposal deadline. Proposals must demonstrate that a vendor can provide services in accordance with all solicitation requirements.
