Call-in Instructions

• Call the drug line number every day, seven days a week.
• If the number is busy or continues to ring (more than 10 rings), call back again.
• Enter your provided PACTS number when prompted, then a recorded message will announce if you must report to your designated test site.  If your color is listed on a Saturday, Sunday or a federal holiday, you are to report the next business day.
• However, if your UA location is open on the weekends, please report on the day your name is called to provide a sample. The phone message will include the operating UA hours.
• Bring all of your medication with you to the test
