Vendors Information

In order to become a treatment provider, a vendor must complete and meet all of the requirements in a Request for Proposal (RFP).  The goal of the RFP process is to provide a competitive solicitation process which is open, transparent, and fair to all offerors, and results in geographically accessible quality treatment services for clients.

Successful vendor applicants will be selected to enter into fee-for-service arrangements known as Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).  A BPA will be awarded to the offeror who submitted a proposal that is both technically acceptable and lowest priced; if more than one vendor is needed, an award will be made to the next technically acceptable and lowest price offeror(s).
